What We Collect
Own360.ai collects only what we need to provide our services. We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertisers.
- Account data — name, work email, organization name, role
- Usage data — which Own360 apps you use, feature interactions, error logs (anonymized)
- Payment data — processed by Stripe; we store only the last 4 digits and expiry
- Communications — emails and support tickets you send us
How We Use It
- Service delivery — to provision and operate your Own360 apps
- Product improvement — aggregated, anonymized usage analytics
- Support — to diagnose issues and respond to requests
- Legal compliance — where required by law
Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your data. You may also object to certain processing or withdraw consent at any time.

Data Retention
We retain account data for the duration of your subscription plus 90 days. Anonymized usage analytics are retained for up to 3 years. You may request deletion at any time.
