Use of the Own360 platform (OwnApps, OwnCentral, OwnAgents) is governed by separate licence agreements executed between PanScience Innovations LLP and the customer. These Terms govern website access only, not platform use.

6. User Submissions

When you submit information through our forms (contact, demo request, newsletter sign-up), you grant PanScience Innovations LLP the right to use that information to respond to your enquiry and, where you have consented, to send you communications. 7. Disclaimers

The website and its content are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
